This took me a couple of tries and errors to get everything right,

To get Morinth intersted to the point that she ask you to go home with her is be:

Never discuss "Family, opinion on Justicars"
When she speaks about "other ways to enjoy music" refer to her favorite drug, you will know it's name when you investigate with Samara before the mission.
When you discuss music refer to her favorite band, you will know the name when you speak to the man in the VIP section's entrance.
When you discuss Art, don't bring up local artists (or the girl that she killed before) just discuss the art she loves and that Samara told you about.
When you talk about travel, remember that you "Love the danger" and that "Power is it's own reward"

that's it she should be quite interested in you now.

how will it turn out if you fail to get her interest? I didn't try that
